All prospective candidates must be baptized Catholic and 14 – 21 years of age. 

 

Queen is selected based on three criteria:

  • Academics,

  • Community Service 

  • Raffle Ticket Sales

The Santa Lucia Festival Queen will receive a monetary scholarship.
